Some things are sweeter and better together: think peanut butter and jelly.
Some things can only be understood and fully realized when they are together. John states that Jesus came full of Grace and Truth. Grace and Truth are like two sides of an Arch that are connected through Christ. Each side of the Arch connects with the other through the Center Stone. Each side bears the weight and supports the entire Arch.
